The Rooms
THE ROOMS
We offer 4 room options. We currently have 2 rooms each with a king size bed and private en suite bathrooms. The other 2 options are suites that each can sleep up to 6 people.
ROSE ROOM $110
Accommodates: 2 Beds: 1 King
This classically decorated room has one king bed and a private ¾ bath with walk in shower. The sleigh bed and comfortable accommodations are located on the main floor of the house with easy access to the dining and sitting rooms.
SPRING ROOM $110
Accommodates: 2 Beds: 1 King
Our newest room with one king bed and a private ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on the main floor this room has easy access to our sitting room and dining room. Enjoy photographs of sites located around Lincoln County Nevada taken by local photographers.
THE DEN $150
Accommodates: 6 Beds: 2 Queen
Our family suite is furnished with two beds in the bedroom, sleeping four. The sitting area located next to the room has a queen sleeper sofa for those extras that may want to tag along. ($20 extra per each person after the first 4) The Den has a private shower/bath combo with toilet and a separate vanity area. Coming soon will be a washer and dryer for guest use in The Den. This suite is located in the basement of the house and is the only rentable room in the basement. This is the perfect space to bring your family or to be able to sit and relax in a two-room suite.

RANCHER'S RETREAT $150
Accommodates: 6 Beds: 2 King
The Rancher’s Retreat is a cozy apartment located above the garage. This space is located in the house but is separated from the other rooms by a large recreational room. Garage entry and use is available for a fee. This two room apartment has two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. ($20 extra per each person after the first 4) The north room has a 50” television and one king bed. Down the hall is another room with a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. This room also contains a small kitchen consisting of a microwave and refrigerator available for guest use.
